Dear Parents & Guardians,
In an effort to support your child, we have a club for students whose family members are deployed. This is called Club USA and will address issues that occur when a family member deploys to other parts of the world for a few months or more.
Typical points for discussion may include:
- All About Me
- Anger
- All About My Parent
- Worry
- Where is My Parent?
- Citizenship
- My Family
- Friendship
Club USA will meet each month at times determined by grade level teachers and counselors to ensure that important class instruction is not missed. A student may join at any time during the year once the family member deploys. Please complete the online form if you or another family member is deployed and you would like for your child to join Club USA. We look forward to working with your child.
