What's yor favorite thing about teaching?

"My favorite thing about teaching is seeing my students grow throughout the years. When a student returns to see me and shares excitement for their accomplishments, it makes all the sleepless nights worthwhile. I love establishing the foundation and love for knowledge that will mold our students into productive, compassionate, and motivated young adults."
