    Meet Mrs Roberts!

My name is Nancy Roberts and I am one of the Blue Jay counselors. I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in School Counseling from Lamar University. Before starting my counseling career, I taught Special Education at Cavazos Elementary.  After that I went to Ellison where I was the registrar for a year before becoming a counselor working at both Ellison and Gateway.  I decided to move back to the elementary level and was a counselor split between Clarke and Cavazos Elementary before making the change to Willow Springs.  I have been married to my wonderful husband for 27 years and have two children. My husband retired from the military and is now a teacher and coach. My daughter is a Junior at Texas State University and my son is a Senior at Belton High School. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, reading, and playing with my three dogs, three goats, and two cats. I am so happy to be a member of the Blue Jay family and look forward to working with you all.
