Mrs. Mahalia Scott

¡Hola!

My name is Mahalia Scott, and I am honored to serve as an Assistant Principal here at Early College Middle School. I am originally from Panama, nevertheless, I have had the privilege to live, study, and teach in different corners of the world. I taught English in Panama, Spanish in South Korea, and English as a Second Language, and Spanish here in KISD.

I believe children come filled with unique experiences and an innate ability to learn. With this in mind, I strive to build relationships, character, and integrity as well as model fairness. This creates a culture where ALL students can learn to their maximum potential and become stewards of our community.

It is my pleasure to rejoin the Lion family, and I look forward to working together to take our scholars to new heights!
