What's your favorite thing about teaching?

"My favorite thing about teaching is introducing my students to new material and watching them grow in their understanding of the new concepts. While seeing their growth, I get to partake in their enthusiasm of learning and lightbulb moments when everything clicks together. These moments make me just as excited as my students, knowing that I helped guide them in their connection."
