  • Hello Meadows Families!
    The district is kicking off their United Way Campaign from Nov. 4-Dec. 6. Our campus coordinator, Mrs. Lemacks, has a bunch of activities planned for the next 4 weeks. This is the main fundraiser that KISD participates in because it directly benefits the people in our community and specifically our students! The district goal is $228,155! Our campus goal is $4473.62. WE CAN DO THIS!!!

    Campaign Activities:
    Tues. Nov. 5 is the 50th Day of school. We will have a 50's sock hop for $.50, Dress up in your best 50's gear! Times are on the flier. Click here for flier.
    Warm Fuzzies for $1- Anyone can purchase a "Warm Fuzzy" to be read over the morning announcements. (Daily) Click here for flier.
    $1 dress up days Nov. 12-15th. Click here for flier.
    12th- PJ day
    13th- Workout Wednesday- Work out clothes
    14th- Superhero "Thursday"
    15th- Freaky Friday- Dress like your favorite teacher, or admin, or student
    Nov. 19th- Bow tie and Tutus- Dress to impress. Pay $1 and Wear your best Bow tie or tutu. Click here for flier.
    Gobble Grams- I am thankful grams with a tootsie pop ($1 ea. or class set for $15). Click here for flier.
    Delivered on Nov. 22
    Jars with a picture of certain staff members will be placed in the office. The jar with the most money will earn that staff member a pie in the face.
    Class competitions:
    The class that raises the most money will get a pizza party on Dec. 20.
    Grade level competition:
    There will be huge popcorn containers on the cafeteria windows. For every $10 earned, a popcorn Kernel will be added. The grade level that earns the most money will get a popcorn and movie day in the cafeteria!
